Num-num trail maps, kml and gpx files

The new Num-Num trail is situated between Machadodorp and Badplaas on the Mpumalanga escarpment, a comfortable three hours drive from Gauteng. The trail combines aspects of three different popular routes, the Five Assegais, Wathaba and Bermanzi, all of which have that ‘Wow!’ element that goes to make a trail stand out.
The ingredients are all present: magnificent pools to swim in, beautiful, indigenous forests and stunning views, but the owners of the Num-Num Trail in Mpumalanga have also added some novel accommodation options.
The daily distances are all less than 10 kilometres, so you can take it relatively easy and enjoy the scenery. The trail is designed as a ‘slack-packing’ route so you don’t have to burden yourself with heavy, unwieldy backpacks.
