HOW TO GET THERE
From Cape Town take the R27 northwards to Vredenburg. Pass straight through the town to Paternoster. In Paternoster village turn left past the Paternoster Hotel and follow the tar road through the old part of the village until you see a sign to Cape Columbine. It’s dirt road from there. Just after you enter the Columbine Nature Reserve you’ll see a sign on your right to the Beach Camp.
If you wish to visit the lighthouse or to camp, don’t turn off but continue straight down the dirt road.
